We are here to assist not only with warranty claims but also with issues outside the warranty period or damage caused by external factors. Please note, however, that this service is only available for scooters that have not been modified.
If you need to send your scooter to us, please contact us via this link. We will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your scooter, we will perform a diagnosis and send you a cost estimate for the necessary repairs. You can then decide whether to proceed with the work.
Please note that we cannot provide a cost estimate without first analyzing the scooter in our workshop. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate, we will charge you for the shipping and diagnostic costs and return the scooter to you.
If you refuse the repair within the scope of the cost estimate, we will charge you for shipping and the cost of the diagnosis and send the scooter back to you.
For your convenience, you can also find authorized dealers on our website who are equipped to perform service work on our scooters. Feel free to contact a local dealer to check their availability.
If you prefer to handle repairs yourself or through a workshop of your choice, you can purchase spare parts directly from us here. This allows you to perform maintenance or repairs outside the warranty period at any workshop.
