We will not only help you if you have a warranty claim, but also if your scooter has problems outside of the warranty period or has suffered damage due to external influences. Please note that this only applies to scooters that have not been modified.
If you would like to send your scooter to us, please contact us using https://support.vmax-escooter.us/en-US/contact . We will then be happy to send you a return label.
Once we have received the scooter, we will carry out a diagnosis and send you a cost estimate. You can then decide whether we should carry out the work.
Without analyzing the scooter in our workshop, we cannot provide a cost estimate.
If you refuse the repair within the scope of the cost estimate, we will charge you for shipping and the cost of the diagnosis and send the scooter back to you.
Alternatively, you can also find dealers on our website who carry out service work on our scooters. You can always ask a dealer in your area whether they have the capacity to service your scooter.
If you want to carry out work outside the warranty period yourself, you can purchase our spare parts from us here . This means you can also have work outside the warranty carried out at any workshop in your area.
