We will not accept service cases that do not arrive in the original box. Exceptions may be made in the case of warranty cases.&#xA0; In any case, it is important to adhere to the girth measurement. The girth measurement is the circumference of the package + the longest edge (that means 2 * (height + width) + length = girth measurement). This must not significantly exceed the dimensions of the original box and must in any case be less than 300 cm.&#xA0; Exceeding this can lead to significant additional costs, which we must pass on to the sender. </li><li><h4 id="shipping-secured-against-transport-damage">Shipping secured against transport damage.</h4>Even the original packaging can only guarantee damage-free shipping if a few precautions are taken:<ul><li>Secure fragile parts (e.g. your rear light) sufficiently against&#xA0;external impacts . In our workshop we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. </li><li><h4 id="mark">Mark</h4>If we replace your mudguard or scooter as part of the work, we cannot attach the license plate&#xA0;to&#xA0; the new mudguard. The adhesive license plate must not be re-glued. In this case, please contact your insurance company and have a&#xA0;new adhesive license plate sent to you.</li></ul>
