E2/ F2 – Throttle lever faulty 

What does the error mean? 

Error codes F2 and E2 indicate a communication issue between the throttle grip and the display:

• F2: Occurs during the system's self-test.

• E2: Occurs during regular operation.

How can the error be fixed?

• If under warranty: Contact us via VMAX Support or reach out to your dealer. We will thoroughly inspect the scooter and identify the source of the problem.

• If out of warranty or after accident damage: We are happy to assist with repairs. Alternatively, you can inspect the wiring between the display and the throttle grip for visible damage. If damage is found, replace the affected part.
