E2/ F2 – Throttle lever faulty 

What does the error mean? 

The error code F2 or E2 indicates a communication error between the throttle grip and the display. F2 is an error during the system self-test, E2 is an error during ongoing operation.  

How can the error be fixed? 

If you are under warranty, please contact us using https://support.vmax-escooter.us/en-US/contact or your dealer. We take a thorough look at the scooter and check the sources of errors.  

We will be happy to take care of your case even outside the warranty period or after accident damage. Alternatively, you can check the wiring between the display and the throttle grip yourself and if you see any visible damage, replace the corresponding part.
