What does the error mean? 

Error code 21 indicates an error in the electronics self-tests.  

How can the error be fixed? 

If you are under warranty, please contact us using https://support.vmax-escooter.us/en-US/contact  or your dealer. As part of an intensive inspection, we test the electronics and replace them if necessary.
