What does the error mean?
Error 23 indicates a fault in the motor control. Possible causes include defects in the motor or — more rarely — in the electronics.

How can the error be fixed?
First, check the plug connection between the electronics and the motor. It may have become loose and needs to be reconnected. Also pay attention to any possible damage to the cable.
