Error code 24 – Lack of communication between motor and electronics 

What does the error mean? 

Error code 24 occurs when your scooter's electronics cannot interpret the signal from the motor. This could either be due to a defect in your engine or the wiring between the components has become loose.  

How can the error be fixed? 

To rule out a fault in the wiring itself, remove the right-side cover on the drive axle and disconnect the motor cable from the motor for a few minutes. Then put it back together.
