Error code 30 – Communication error between display and electronics 

What does the error mean? 

Error Code 30 occurs when your electronics cannot communicate with your display.  

How can the error be fixed?

Disconnect the wiring in your steering head and disconnect both cables for a few minutes. If the error persists, the error code may need to be cleared.  

To do this, go to the settings of your scooter (hold down the gear button for a few seconds), use the arrow keys to select “Recover Default Settings” and press the “OK” button.  

In this submenu, switch to “Yes” and confirm again with “OK.” 

Then press and hold the OK button twice.
