Required Tools:

• Open-end wrench 21 mm
• Allen key 2.5 mm
• Allen key 3 mm
• Phillips screwdriver
• Optional: spray adhesive or hot glue
• Optional: Thread (2m)

If you want to change the tire, you will need:

• Mounting lever (2 pieces)
• Tire mounting soap
• compressor

Removing the motor

1. Remove the rear axle cover
   

2. Then, disconnect the motor plug
   

3. Remove both nuts and take the motor out downwards.

Tire change

To change the tire, take the motor and place it on a stable surface or clamp it. Be careful not to damage the axle or the cable attachment. 

1. Lubricate the tire generously with appropriate tire soap.
2. Deflate the tire completely.
3. Carefully place the mounting lever on the tire.
4. Pry the tire off the rim piece by piece.
5. Disconnect the valve from the axle and remove the tube if equipped.
6. Clean the inside of the rim if necessary.
7. Place the new tube on the rim. Make sure that it is not twisted.
8. Attach the valve of the new tube.
9. Lubricate the rim and the new tire again with tire soap.
10. Put the new tire back on the rim using the mounting levers.
11. Pump up the tire with the compressor to about 3.5 bar (51 psi). Then let the air out of the tire if necessary.
12. Remove all residues of tire soap.
