You need 

• Allen key 2.5 mm
• Allen key 3 mm
• Allen key 5 mm
• small Phillips screwdriver

To remove the display cover, you must first push both decorative tubes to the left and right of the display mount to the side. 

To do this, loosen the brake lever on the left side. You don't have to completely loosen the screws - just loosen them enough so that you can move the elements on the handlebars.

Then release the thumb throttle and brake lever on the right side. 

Now all 4 screws of the display cover are exposed. You can now remove these and put on a new cover.

You can then simply remove the cover and install a new one.
