Required Tools:
- Phillips screwdriver
- Lever tool
- Allen key 3 mm
- Open-end wrench
- Hot glue gun or superglue
The disassembly of the front wheel begins at the cover of the front fork. You will find the corresponding screws at the connection of the two sides.

Remove the drum brake by loosening the drum brake adjustment screw.
By loosening both nuts, you will have the front wheel in your hand.
Drum brake
Required Tools:
- Brake cleaner
- Paper towels
On removing the front wheel, replace the brake drum with a new one or clean the brake. Open the brake drum and wipe it out carefully. Never use any greasy/soapy cleaners. A brake cleaner is best.
Changing tires or tubes
Required Tools:
- Mounting lever (2 pieces)
- Tire mounting paste
- compressor
To change the tire or tube, take the tire and place it on a stable surface or clamp it. Be careful not to damage the axle.
- Lubricate the tire generously with tire soap.
- Deflate the tire completely.
- Carefully place the mounting lever on the tire.
- Pry the tire off the rim piece by piece.
- Loosen the valve and remove the tube.
- Clean the inside of the rim if necessary.
- Insert a new tube. Make sure that it is not twisted.
- Lubricate the rim and the new tire again with tire soap.
- Put the new tire back on the rim using the mounting levers
- Pump up the tire with the compressor to about 3.5 bar. Then let the air out of the tire if necessary.
- Remove all residues of assembly tire soap.
